Meet Our Team

Dotti Hydue and her husband, Bill Betz, live in rural Morriston on the five acres Bill inherited from his late aunt. Even though Dotti coaxes a large variety of vegetables and herbs from her garden, she admits that gardening in our humid climate and sandy “soil” can be a challenge. Retired from the corporate world, her favorite job was as production assistant for a cookbook publisher.

Scott and his family live in Fanning Springs and enjoy exploring the Nature Coast Trail, area springs, and good friendships within the Nature Coast. Scott also enjoys music, playing guitar, and writing. Scott and his wife, Candace, also own and operate DeBerry Marketing Services serving clients in Levy County, along the Nature Coast, and out of state.

A second-generation US Navy veteran and native of Florida, presently living in Fanning Springs, Candace enjoys teaching middle school students Social Studies at Nature Coast Middle School. Within the realm of teaching, teaching drama, and watching her students blossom on stage, she finds especially satisfying.
